HOW LONG CAN I RENT FOR?

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY LOOK?

You can book an item up to 3 months in advance, and it should be booked a minimum of 2 days before your event.

Bookings can only be made for the next day subject to availability, and must be processed before 12pm.

For a weekend event, select the Thursday as the start of your rental period (2 days before your event), as we don’t deliver on weekends.

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS?

No, we do not. For a weekend event, select the Thursday as the start of your rental period (2 days before your event), as we don’t deliver or do collections on weekends.

WHEN AND WHERE DOES THE ITEM GET DELIVERED AND COLLECTED?

Your package will be delivered by 11am on your chosen delivery weekday (this will be day 1 of your rental period).

Your package will be collected on Day 4, between 8am and 12pm from the same delivery address.

Failure to be available for collection will result in late fees.

Please ensure your package is ready for collection and re-packed in the reusable box, placed inside the courier flyer and with the pre-printed Waybill attached.

The package will be delivered to, and collected from, the same address.

SHOULD I CLEAN THE ITEM BEFORE I RETURN IT?

No, thank you.

Do not clean the garment.

We dry-clean every garment.

Each rental fee includes a Snag and Spill insurance that has you covered in the case of losing a button, a broken strap or a minor champagne spill.

However, if an item is damaged beyond repair or is in need of specialised cleaning, please let us know immediately by emailing: hello@cultcrush.co.za.

Up to 125% of the Retail Value will apply if items are damaged beyond repair, lost or stolen.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept all major credit cards.

We don’t accept efts or debit cards, sorry!

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM RIGHT AWAY IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

Sure!

If you’d like to return your order, please let us know within 4 hours of delivery, by going to our Log a Return page and completeing the necessary information or send us a Whatsapp to 063 035 2244 or email us hello@cultcrush.co.za.

If the tag has not been removed from the item, we will issue you with a gift card to the value of the rental amount, minus the delivery cost (R150), admin & sanitisation fee (R70) and the manual waybill fee (R25).

The dress will be collected by our courier as soon as possible.

DO YOU OFFER A TRY ON SERVICE?

We do!

You can book your favourite dress to try-on for R250 excluding shipping.

Delivery will take place on a Monday by 11am. The dress will then be collected the next day by 12pm.

Please ensure that the tag is on your try-on dress when it is collected, otherwise a rental fee will be charged.

If you like it and want to wear it that week, let us know and depending on availability you will be allowed to keep your chosen dress.

You will also get a 25% discount code as long as you book your selected dress within 7 days of the try on.
